This is collected via standard server logs and analytics tools (Histats and Clicky).

SMS message content: SMS messages received on our public virtual phone numbers are publicly visible on the Service. Do not use our public numbers for any sensitive, private, or confidential communication. We mask sender numbers (last 5 digits replaced with X) for privacy of senders.
